Description

This delicate, double crochet top is perfect for a first foray into filet. Worked in one piece, this simply constructed camisole incorporates bust darts for an excellent fit. The Empire waist, adorned with diagonal filet crochet stripes, hugs the underbust, while the lower half cascades away from the body, creating a flattering fit for any body shape. Dancing across the hem is a zigzag lace trim.

Finished Size: 30 (32, 34, 36, 38, 40)” underbust circumference. Garment shown measures 30″; 0-1″ negative ease at the underbust is suggested.
Yarn: Jade Sapphire Silk Cashmere (55% silk, 45% Mongolian cashmere; 400 yd [366 m]/ 2 oz [55g]; ): #38 wasabi (MC), 3 (3, 3, 4, 4, 4) skeins; #37 dreamy peach, 1 skein.
Yarn weight: #1 – Super Fine.
Gauge: 25 sts and 14 rows = 4″ in dc.
Hook: Size C/2 (2.75 mm). Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Stitch markers (m); twelve 5/8″ buttons.
