Like many other people, I collect mermaids. I’m not sure if it’s about missing the ocean or because I’m a dark-haired Irish woman – we’re said to really be mermaids. Whatever the reason, I know I’d love to be able to swim without a care, and if my tail ever sprouts I’ll have the right necklace to wear for the occasion.

Required Materials: Resin chunks, spacer beads, snail beads, shell bead, sea star, freshwater pearls, round beads, crimp tubes, clasp, beading wire. See project for complete list.
