Needles: Size 5 (3.75 mm). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Tapestry needle; size D (3 mm) crochet hook to add fringe (optional).
Gauge: 27 sts and 44 rows = 4″ in linen stitch, before washing; 28 sts and 52 rows = 4″ in linen stitch, after washing.
