Description

Worked in a chubby yarn with a Q hook, this exuberant jacket can be made in a weekend. the body of the jacket is worked side to side, then turned ninety degrees to work fronts and back in row-ends. Simple seaming and a button finishes it off.

Finished Size: 34 (36, 38, 40, 42)” bust circumference. Garment shown measures 34″, modeled with 0″ ease.
Yarn: Cascade Magnum (100% Peruvian highland wool; 123 yd [112 m]/8 ¾ oz [250 g]): #8400 (gray), 4 skeins (a); #7822 (black), 1 skein (B).
Yarn Weight: #6 – Super Bulky
Hook: Size Q (16 mm). Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.
Notions: Stitch markers (m); yarn needle; 1 large button.
Gauge: 4 sts and 4 rows = 4″ in st patt.
