Description

Based on the popular cocoon shape, this crocheted jacket features a long back that curves under the arms into a shorter front that flows into a shawl collar. The narrow sleeves have amazing stretch due to the mesh pattern, and sweet ruffles trim the cuffs to carry out the feminine vintage theme.

Finished Size: 30 (34, 38)” (76 [86.5, 96.5] cm) bust circumference. Sweater shown measures 30″ (76 cm), with a 29″ (73.5 cm) back diameter.
Yarn: Cascade Yarns Pima Tencel (50% pima cotton, 50% Tencel; 120 yd [110 m]/1¾ oz [50 g]; CYCA #4 medium): #1693 light blue (MC), 5 skeins; #1353 dark slate (CC), 3 balls.
Yarn weight: #4 – Medium
Gauge: 16 sc = 4″ (10 cm).
Needles: Hooks: Size G/6 (4 mm). Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Tapestry needle; two ¾” (2-cm) buttons.
