Description

This easy-to-make sweater features a hand-dyed boucle yarn and a close, slimming fit. The body and sleeves are worked at four stitches to the inch on size 9 needles. The sleeve cuffs are worked on much larger needles for a lacy bell effect.

Finished Size: 36 (40, 44, 48, 52)” (91.5 [101.5, 112, 12, 132] cm) bust/chest circumference. Sweater shown measures 40″ (101.5 cm).
Yarn: Cherry Tree Hill Fusion (54% mohair, 12 % nylon, 12 % wool, 22 % poly seed; 270 yd [247 m]/4 oz): country garden, 4 (4, 4, 5, 5) skeins.
Yarn weight: #4 – Medium
Gauge: 16 sts and 24 rows = 4″ (10 cm) in St st on size 9 (5.5-mm) needles.
Needles: Body and Sleeves—Size 9 (5.5 mm). Sleeve Edging—Size 15 (10 mm). Neck—Size 8 (5 mm): 16″ (40-cm) circular (cir). Adjust needle sizes if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
