Description

The designer uses a simple, seamless toe-up cast-on and a delicate, filigree-like Bavarian twisted stitch pattern in these socks. A firmly twisted wool sock yarn, gently variegated in cream and yellow, lets the twisted stitches pop and adds visual interest.

Finished Size: 7″ foot circumference and 9″ from back of heel to tip of toe. To fit U.S. women’s shoe sizes 6 ½ – 8.
Yarn: Blue Moon Fiber Arts Socks that Rock Lightweight (100% superwash merino; 360 yd [329 m]/127 g): hoofle foofle (light yellow), 1 skein.
Yarn weight: #1 – Super Fine
Gauge: 18 sts and 24 rows = 2″ in St st.
Needles: Size 1 (2.25 mm): set of 5 double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Cable needle (cn); marker (m); tapestry needle.
