Specific Yarn Used: Aran weight (#4 Medium). Rowan Felted Tweed Aran (50% merino wool, 25% rayon, 25% alpaca; 95 yd [87 m]/13⁄4 oz [50 g]), #734 mahogany, 8 (9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15) skeins or 697 (785, 872, 959, 1,069, 1,157, 1,265, 1,353) yd (637 [718, 797, 877, 977, 1,058, 1,156, 1,237] m) of similar yarn.

Needles: Size U.S. 8 (5 mm): 24″ (60 cm) circular (cir) and set of 4 or 5 double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
