This knitted lace scarf is worked in two identical halves and grafted with Kitchener stitch at the center. The fluted ends create a graceful line while the lace pattern creates an elegant drape. One skein of luxurious mohair lace-weight is all it takes to make this beautiful scarf.

Finished Size 8″ wide at widest point and 72″ long, after blocking.
Yarn Rowan Kidsilk Haze (70% super kid mohair, 30% silk; 229 yd [210 m]/25 g): #628 cocoa, 1 skein. Yarn distributed by Westminster Fibers.
Yarn Weight #0 – Lace
Needles Sizes 8 (5 mm) and 6 (4 mm). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions Smooth waste yarn; tapestry needle.
Gauge 18 sts and 28 rows = 4″ in St st on smaller needles; 21 sts at bottom (23 sts at center) and 26 rows = 4″ in patt.
