Finished Size: 17″ circumference, relaxed; stretches to fit most adults.
Yarn: Cascade Fixation (98.3% cotton, 1.7% elastic; 100 yd [92 m]/50 g): #8990 black, 1 ball.
Yarn weight: #3 – Light
Gauge: is not critical for this project.
Needles: Size 1 (2.25 mm): set of 4 double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary.
Notions: Smooth waste yarn in contrasting color; tapestry needle.
