Description

Intermediate knitters will love the lace detailing in this Hornbill Tee pattern. The body of this pullover is worked in the round from the lower edge to the underarm, then the upper front and back are worked separately back and forth. The entire tee is worked in one piece, eliminating the need to seam.

Yarn Weight: 3

Finished size: 29 1/4 (33 1/2, 37 1/2, 41 3/4, 46, 50, 54 1/4, 58 1/2)” circumference at under-arm. Pullover shown measures 33 1/2″; modeled with 2″ of positive ease.

Specific Yarn Used: Lana Grossa Ecopuno (72% cotton, 17% Merino wool, 11% baby alpaca; 235 yd [215 m]/13/4 oz [50 g]): #38 Pistachio, 4 (5, 5, 6, 7, 7, 8, 9) balls. Yarn distributed by The Trendsetter Yarn Group.

Needles: Size 5 (3.75 mm): 24″ circular (cir). Size 4 (3.5 mm): 24″ cir and set of double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary, to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions: Marker (m); stitch holders; tapestry needle.

Gauge: 23 sts and 36 rnds = 4″ in charted patt on larger needle.
