Description

The HERRINGBONE MOSAIC COWL is the perfect first-time mosaic project. Worked in the round with just three balls of yarn, it’s a quick knit suited for precious materials.

Finished Size: 21½” circumference and 7½” tall.

Yarn: Zitron Gobi (40% merino, 30% camel, 30% alpaca; 87 yd [80 m]/1¾ oz [50 g]): #7 relish (A), 2 balls; #12 vanilla (B), 1 ball. Yarn distributed by Skacel.

Yarn Weight: #5 – Bulky

Needles: Size 8 (5 mm): 24″ circular (cir). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions: Marker (m); waste yarn; tapestry needle.

Gauge: 18 sts and 29 rows = 4″ in Herringbone patt.
