Description

A lovely women’s cardigan worked in laceweight yarn, perfect for cool summer evenings. This wrap cardigan is flattering for every shape and the subtle cable and lace patterns add knitting interest.

Finished Size 36 (40, 44, 48, 52)” bust circumference. Cardigan shown measures 36″, modeled with about 3″ positive ease before wrapping and tying.
Yarn Neighborhood Fiber Co. Loft (60% kid mohair, 40% silk; 170 yd [156 m]/14.25 g): Sheridan Circle (teal), 8 (9, 10, 11, 12) skeins.
Yarn Weight #0 – Lace
Needles Body and sleeves size 10½ (6.5 mm): 16″ and 32″ circulars (cir) and set of double-pointed (dpn). Cuffs size 9 (5.5 mm): set of dpn. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions Markers (m); removable markers; cable needle (cn); stitch holder or spare cir needle; smooth contrasting waste yarn in worsted weight for provisional CO; tapestry needle.
Gauge 13 sts and 20 rows/rnds = 4″ in St st on larger needles; 12 sts of gull wing cable measure 2″ wide using larger needles.
