Description
Vertical interest is created with eyelets and ribs in these sleek socks loosely inspired by the Leafy Trellis pattern from The Harmony Guides: Lace & Eyelets. These undulating ribbed socks cushion your feet with subtle yet striking style.
Finished Size: About 7W (8V)” (18.5 [21.5] cm) foot circumference and about 9W (10W)” (23.5 [26] cm) long from back of heel to tip of toe.
Yarn: Fingering weight (Super Fine #1). Shown Here: Dream In Color Smooshy (100% superwash wool; 450 yd [411 m]/4 oz): strange harvest VS130, 1 skein.
Needles: U.S. size 2 (2.75 mm): set of 4 double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Marker (m); tapestry needle.
Gauge: 18 stitches and 27 rounds = 2″ (5 cm) in stockinette stitch worked in the round. 22 stitches and 24 rounds = 2″ (5 cm) in ribbed pattern worked in the round.
