Description

Hana Jason revisits waist shaping in the gathered pullover. Pleated cable crossings in a carefully placed panel create all the shaping in an otherwise straight body tube. A wide, deep v-neck and casually rolled edges finish a plain sweater with one great focal element.

Finished Size: 32 (36 ¼, 40 ½, 44 ¾, 48)” bust circumference. Pullover shown measures 32″.
Yarn: Brown Sheep Top of the Lamb Sport (100% wool; 154 yd [141 m]/ 50 g): #113 grey heather, 7 (8, 9, 10, 11) skeins.
Yarn weight: #3 – Light
Gauge: 19 sts and 24 rnds = 4″ in St st in the rnd.
Needles: Size 7 (4.5 mm): 29″ circular (cir) and set of 4 double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Markers (m); cable needle (cn); stitch holders; tapestry needle.
