Description

Using an assortment of flower beads, leaf beads, and pearls, create a springtime bracelet in a few hours. The base is created with beading wire, while the embellishment uses thread to work the caterpillar technique, so named because of the small spikes or fringe it creates.

Required Materials: Flower-shaped beads; flower buttons; leaf-shaped beads; large beads; miscellaneous beads/pearls; size 8 and 10 seed beads; beading wire, beading thread; clasp. See project for complete list.
Tools Needed: 10-12 sharp beading needle, 12 regular beading needle, crimping pliers, flat nose pliers, wire cutters, scissors. See project for complete list.
