Specific Yarn Used: Ancient Arts Fibre Crafts Revival (49% wool, 34% mohair, 11% nylon, 4% acrylic, 2% silk; 437 yd [400 m]/ 3 ½ oz [100 g]): Black Cherry, 3 (4, 4, 4, 5, 5, 5, 6) skeins.
Needles: Sizes 3 (3.25 mm) and 4 (3.5 mm): 16″ and 24–32″ circular (cir), depending on size you are making, and set of double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Markers (m); stitch holders; tapestry needle.
Gauge: 26 sts and 34 rnds = 4″ in rev St st on larger needle.
