Description

The Fullerton Cardigan is inspired by multiple iconic cardigans from the nineties. Worked in a thicker yarn gauge, it’s a fast project, and it features a buttonband with easy buttonholes. This cardigan is worked back and forth from the bottom up.

Yarn Weight: 4

Finished Size: 35½ (39½ , 43½ , 47½ , 51½ , 55½ )" bust circumference, buttoned. Cardigan shown measures 39½ "; modeled with 6" of positive ease.

Specific Yarn Used: Brown Sheep Company Lamb’s Pride Worsted (85% wool, 15% mohair; 190 yd [173 m]/4 oz [113 g]: #M126 jaded lagoon, 4 (5, 6, 6, 6, 7) skeins.

Needles: Sizes 7 (4.5 mm) and 8 (5 mm): 32" circular (cir) and set of double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions: Marker (m); stitch holders; tapestry needle; five 1" buttons.

Gauge: 16 sts and 24 rows = 4" in St st on larger needles.
