Description

Work back and forth in rows using cables to make this chunky knitted blanket. Add comfort and warmth to any chilly night.

Difficulty: Easy

Finished Size: 39" wide and 60" long.

Specific Yarn Used: Bernat Roving (80% acrylic, 20% wool; 120 yd [110 m]/3.5 oz [100 g]): putty, 12 skeins.

Needles: Size 15 (10 mm): 40" circular (cir). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions: Markers (m); cable needle (cn); tapestry needle.

Gauge: 15.5 sts and 14 rows = 4" in patt; 13 sts of Braid chart = 3.5" wide.

Notes: This blanket is worked back and forth in rows. A circular needle is used to accommodate the large number of stitches.
