Worked on the bias in Tunisian stitches, this shawl has five peaks that let the shawl hug the shoulders

Description

Worked on the bias in Tunisian stitches, this shawl has five peaks that let the shawl hug the shoulders. A sumptuous lightweight alpaca, silk, and cashmere blend is worked on a large hook to create an airy, woven-like fabric. A breeze for Tunisian regulars, this shawl is well within range for beginners. Knitters will recognize the eyelet-border technique as a variation of the familiar garter-stitch washcloth.
