Description

Make these sparkly earrings using a variety of techniques. Float a rivoli within an open bezel of various size seed beads to maximize sparkle in this quick-stitch project that offers instant gratification.

Finished Size: 1¾”

Required Materials:

  • gold size 15° seed beads
  • gold size 11° seed beads
  • iris green 2.5mm cornerless hex beads
  • pink/topaz luster 5×2.5mm 2-hole seed beads
  • steel blue 2mm glass pearls
  • foil-back aquamarine glacier blue 10mm crystal rivolis
  • gold 4mm jump rings
  • gold-plated 19x15mm ear wires
  • Smoke 6 lb braided beading thread

Tools: Scissors, Size 12 beading needle, 2 pairs of chain- or flat-nose pliers

Technique: circular peyote stitch, square stitch, picot, fringe
