Description

The Evergreen Mountain Pullover features striking sculptural and textural lace on the back and front, with patterning that’s easy to memorize and satisfying to knit. The body of this drop-shoulder pullover is worked from the bottom up in pieces and blocked-before the neck and sleeves are worked in the round.

Finished Size: 31 (36½ , 42, 47½ , 53)" bust circumference. Pullover shown measures 36½ "; modeled with 2½ " of positive ease.

Specific Yarn Used: Blue Sky Fibers Woolstok Worsted (100% fine highland wool; 123 yd [112 m]/1¾ oz [50 g]): #1306 wild thyme, 9 (10, 12, 13, 15) skeins.

Needles: Size 7 (4.5 mm): straight, 16" circular (cir), and set of double-pointed (dpn). Size 6 (4 mm): 16" cir. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions: Marker (m); removable m; stitch holders; tapestry needle.

Gauge: 21 sts and 26 rnds = 4" in St st on larger needles; 20 sts and 27 rows = 4" in Lace patt on larger needles, blocked.
