Materials Needed to Complete This Project:

  • Your favorite bead
  • 6″ of sterling silver 1x3mm rectangle wire
  • 1″ of sterling silver 1x2mm rectangle wire
  • 2″ of sterling silver 14-gauge round wire
  • 1″ of sterling silver 19-gauge round wire
  • 2 sterling silver 9mm 16-gauge jump rings
  • Medium and easy silver solder
  • Sandpaper and polishing cloth
  • Liver of sulfur or patina if desired

Tools Needed to Complete This Project:

  • Bench block
  • Design stamps and hammer
  • Bench pin
  • Metal files
  • Safety glasses
  • Flex shaft
  • Center punch and 1mm drill bit
  • Ring mandrel
  • Terrycloth towel
  • Wire snips
  • Mallet
  • Round-nose pliers
  • Flat-nose pliers
  • Looping pliers
  • Rolling mill and texture plates (optional)
  • Soldering setup: flame resistant surface, fire brick, solder pick, quench bowl and water, solder, torch
  • Pickle
  • Tweezers
