Description

This hat is made from a scarf-like length of knitting. After binding off, the two ends are brought across one another and stitched to the center back of the crown.

Finished Size: 7” wide and 43” long strip.
Yarn: Fyberspates Scrumptious 4-ply/ Sport (45% silk, 55% superwash merino; 399 yd [365 m]/3½ oz [100 g]): #314 deep chestnut, 1 skein. Yarn distributed by Lantern Moon.
Yarn Weight: Sport
Needles: 2 (2.75 mm). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Tapestry needle; removable marker (m)
Gauge: 32 sts and 40 rows = 4” in St st.
