Description

The designer achieves an argyle kilt-sock look with her “woven” entrelac socks. Includes complete instructions on entrelac technique.

Finished Size: 7 ½” foot circumference, 9½” from back of heel to tip of toe, and 15″ high from top of heel flap to upper edge. To fit women’s U.S. shoe sizes 8 to 9.
Yarn: Koigu Premium Merino (100% merino; 170 yd [155 m]/50 g): #2151 light teal (MC), 3 skeins; #2390.5 light beige (CC), 2 skeins.
Yarn weight: #1 – Super Fine
Gauge: 17 sts and 22 rnds = 2″ in St st worked in the rnd.
Needles: Size 1 (2.25 mm): set of 5 double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Marker (m); stitch holder; spare dpn same size or smaller than main needles; tapestry needle.
