Description

Use tubular peyote stitch to form a bezel around a pearl, then use circular peyote and picots to build the front of the earring around the bezel. Boost your peyote stitching skills and make these earrings to the length that you desire with the simple addition of more jump rings.

Required Materials:

  • metallic light bronze size 15° seed beads
  • gold size 15° charlottes
  • peach opal size 11° cylinder beads
  • cream size 8° seed beads
  • Montana-blue 3mm crystal bicones
  • bright gold 8mm crystal pearl rounds
  • gold-plated 20-gauge 6mm jump rings
  • gold-plated 18-gauge 6mm jump rings
  • gold-filled 9x14mm lever-back ear wires
  • gold-plated wireguards
  • Crystal 8 lb braided beading thread

Tools: Scissors, Size 11 and 13 beading needles, 2 pairs of chain- or flat-nose pliers

Technique: tubular and circular peyote stitch, picot, netting, wireworking
