Description

Ride off to the coast in style with the Dual Sport Pullover. The cable motif, inspired by rippling sand patterns left by retreating waves, embellishes the front and back of this simple and wearable raglan sweater.

Finished Size: 36½ (40½ , 44½ , 48½ , 52½ )" chest circumference. Pullover shown measures 44½ "; modeled with 4½ " of positive ease.

Specific Yarn Used: Trendsetter Yarns Merino VIII (100% extrafine merino wool; 98 yd [90 m]/1¾ oz [50 g]): #7800 ecru, 13 (14, 15, 17, 19) skeins.

Needles: Size 6 (4 mm): 16” and two 32" circulars (cir) and set of double-pointed (dpn).
Size 7 (4.5 mm): 24" and 32" cir and set of dpn. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions: Markers (m); cable needle (cn); size G/6 (4 mm) crochet hook; waste yarn; stitch holder; tapestry needle.

Gauge: 20 sts and 26 rnds = 4" in St st on larger needle; 22 sts of Cable chart = 4½ " wide.
