This Art Deco, Asian-inspired top knits up quickly on big needles, with 2 strands of different yarns held together. The drawstring casings are formed with an interesting double-knit technique.

Finished Size: Small (Medium, Large) to fit Waist: 36 (44, 47)”/91.5 (½, 119.5)cm. Length: (19.5, 20.5, 21.5)”/49.5 (52, 54.5)cm.
Yarn: Loop-d-Loop by Teva Durham Birch (90% cotton, 10% silk; 98 yd [90m]/50g): #04 poppy, 3 (4, 5) balls. Loop-d-Loop by Teva Durham River (90% cotton, 10% cashmere; 103 yd [95m]/50g): #08 poppy, 3 (4, 5) balls.
Yarn weight: #4 – Medium
Gauge: 9 sts and 10 rows = 4″ (10 cm) in St st using 1 strand of each yarn held together and #17 needle.
Needles: Size 17 & 8 (12.75 & 5mm): circulars, 29″/74cm long. Adjust needle sizes if necessary to obtain correct gauge.
