Make this intricate component to use as links in the bracelet that follows, as well as many other designs.

Description

The traditional ???God???s Eye??? was an inspirational starting point. Instead of using multiple crossed sticks and wrapping pieces, the construction process was greatly simplified until it used only a single piece of wire. The wire then provided the support structure, the covering design, and the connectors. The result was this standard diamond link of stems and loops: a link that was easy to make and very flexible as a design element for jewelry. This intermediate project includes step-by-step photographs.

Required Materials: Dead soft wire, jump rings. See project for complete list.
Tools Needed: Round nose pliers, flat nose pliers, chain nose pliers, wire cutter, ruler, marking pen, safety glasses. See project for complete list.
Techniques Used: Wirework
Finished Size: 7 ¼” bracelet
