Specific Yarn Used: Cascade Yarns Heritage (75% superwash Merino wool, 25% nylon; 437 yd [400 m]/ 3 ½ oz [100 g]): #5660 Grey (A) and #5605 Plum (B), 8 skeins each.

Needles: Size 3 (3.25 mm): 32″ circular (cir). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions: Markers (m); spare size 3 (3.25 mm) or smaller 32″ cir needle; 7″ piece of cardboard; tapestry needle.

Gauge: 24 st-pairs and 33 rows = 4″ in double knitting patt.
