Long and luxurious, Annie Modesitt’s beaded stole is deceptively simple. Its length makes it extremely versatile to wear for a multitude of occasions.

Finished Size: 18″ wide and 92″ long.
Yarn: La Lana Wools Phat Silk Fine (50% wool, 50% silk; 142 yd [130 m] 2 oz [57 g]): dark madder (MC), 5 skeins. La Lana Wools Contessa Silk Boucle (100% silk; 106 yd [92 m] 2 oz [57 g]): burgundy (CC), 3 skeins.
Yarn weight: #2 – Fine
Gauge: [Ch 5, sc in next ch-3 sp, sc in next sc, DBSC in next sc, sc in next sc, sc in next ch-3 sp ] 2 times and 17 rows = 4″ in trinity lace patt.
Needles: Hook: Size F/6 (4 mm). Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: About 800 size 6/0 silver-lined gold glass beads; yarn needle.
