The easy-to-wear Cotai Top is flattering to many shapes, as it has a boxy fit with no shaping along the waist. This top has a gently rounded neckline and an eye-catching lace panel up the center of both the front and the back. The lace detail was inspired by the geometric shapes of the ocean and waves along the beach.

Description

The Cotai Top is worked in the round from the lower edge to the underarm, then the front and back are worked separately back and forth, making this an easy pattern to work up and wear.

Specific Yarn Used: Kelbourne Woolens Perennial (60% superwash Merino wool, 25% suri alpaca, 15% nylon; 497 yd [454 m]/31/2 oz [100 g]): #279 Latte, 3 (3, 3, 3, 4, 4, 4) skeins.

Needles: Size 3 (3.25 mm): 24″ circular (cir). Adjust needle size if necessary, to obtain the correct gauge.
