Skills: Sawing, disc cutting, soldering, stone setting

Materials Needed to Complete this Project:

• 2″ 10g copper square wire
• 2 1″ 22g sterling silver disc
• 5⁄16″ 22g sterling silver disc 
• 3⁄16″ 24g sterling silver disc 
• Optional: 22g sterling silver sheet 
• 4 3x3mm heavy gauge sterling silver tubes 
• ½” 4mm sterling silver square tubing 
• 100 grit sandpaper
• Black Max oxidant or the like
• 6mm sterling silver bezel cup 
• 6mm cabochon 
• Propolish pad 
• Easy, medium, hard solder paste

Tools Needed to Complete this Project:

• Disc cutter
• 3″ divider
• Butane torch
• Ultra fl ush side cutters
• Bench shear or metal shears
• Fire tweezers (cross-locking are best)
• Soldering board of choice
• Metal file 
• Chasing hammer (optional)
• Bench block
• Brass brush 
• Wire cutters
• Jeweler’s saw with 2/0 saw blades
• Cut Lube or other lubricant
• Tube cutting pliers (optional)
• Student file
• Curved burnisher
• Brass brush
