Description

Create sterling silver links of various shapes to display beautiful beads in this eye-catching necklace. Solder the custom links together for a continuous chain with no clasp and no designated center.

Required Materials:

  • 16 gauge sterling silver dead soft wire, 8 feet
  • Hard solder
  • Glass seed beads
  • Liver of sulfur

Tools: HAND: Ring mandrel, various pliers, wire cutters, bench block, plastic mallet, planishing/texturing hammers. SOLDERING: Soldering setup, solder pick, annealing pan, pumice pebbles. FINISHING: Brass brush, pumice powder
