Warm sportweight alpaca in six boldly contrasting colors make Michele Orne’s Composed Mitts functional and luxurious at the same time. Bobbles and garter stitch rows add textural interest, while an ever-changing pattern keeps the knitting fun. The thumbs are fully shaped for fit.

Finished Size: 7 ½” circumference and 10 ½” long, to fit a woman’s medium hand.
Yarn: Blue Sky Alpaca Sport Weight (100% alpaca; 110 yd [101 m]/50 g): #511 red (A), #527 chartreuse (B), #509 -nat. dark gray (C), #532 turq. (D), #508 nat. medium gray (E), #531 paprika (F), 1 skein each
Yarn weight: #3 – Light
Gauge: 26 sts and 28 rows = 4″ in patt.
Needles: Size 4 (3.5 mm): set of 5 double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if -necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
