Learn to make a colorful, fiber-ful scarf – great for gifts and the fabric can be cut for use in other projects. Working on a base of water-soluble stabilizer, we’ll create a lovely fiber collage. A grid of stitching is added to hold the fibers in place, then the stabilizer is washed away.
