Description

This Pullover combines dressmaker fit and knitted fabric for a rustic sweater that feels anything but. A small Faroe inspired motif of abstract cat heads becomes a pleasingly geometric pattern when repeated across the sweater.

Finished Size: 32 ½ (36 ¼, 39 ¾, 43 ¼, 47)” chest circumference. Sweater shown measures 36 ¼”.
Yarn: Reynolds Whiskey (100% wool; 195 yd [178 m]/50 g): #11 red (MC), 4 (4, 5, 5, 6) balls; #59 charcoal (CC), 5 (5, 6, 6, 7) balls. Yarn distributed by JCA
Yarn weight: #2 – Fine
Gauge: 31 sts and 35 rnds = 4″ in charted patt.
Needles: Size 4 (3.5 mm): 32″ circular (cir) and set of 4 or 5 double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Stitch holders; markers (m); tapestry needle; three 7/8″ buttons.
