Description

Trim the cuffs of this sleek pullover with alpaca faux fur. Broken rib patterning in a singles yarn has flattering lines, and fur accents bring a pop of whimsy to the look.

Difficulty: Intermediate
Finished Size: 37 (40, 46½, 53, 59)" bust circumference (see Notes). Pullover shown measures 40".

Specific Yarn Used: Tahki Yarns Montana (100% pure wool roving; 130 yd [120 m]/3½ oz [100 g]): #13 charcoal (A), 5 (5, 7, 8, 8) hanks. Tahki Yarns Glacier (100% superfine al- paca; 35 yd [32.5 m]/1¾ oz [50 g]): #05 charcoal (B), 1 ball.

Needles: Sizes 13 (9 mm) and 15 (10 mm): straight. Size 13 (9 mm): 16" circular (cir). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions: Marker (m); stitch holders; tapestry needle.

Gauge: 10 sts and 17 rows = 4" in Broken Rib patt with A on smaller needles.
Notes: The measurements shown on
the schematic include all stitches for blocking purposes, but the half-stitches used at each side for the body seams do not count toward the finished bust circumference.
