Description

Slip all stitches purlwise (pwise) with yarn in back on both right-side and wrong-side rows. When binding off on wrong-side rows, break yarn and rejoin as needed.

Finished Size: 33 (35, 37, 40 ½, 43 ½, 47 ½)” bust circumference, to fit 34 (36, 38, 41 ½, 44 ½, 48 ½)” bust. Vest shown measures 35″.
Yarn: Garnstudio Drops Alpaca (100% alpaca; 197 yd [180 m]/50 g): #3969 wine (MC), 3 (3, 4, 4, 4, 4) balls; #3720 pink (CC), 2 (2, 3, 3, 3, 4) balls.
Yarn weight: #2 – Fine
Gauge: 30 sts and 48 rows = 4″ in tweed patt on larger needles.
Needles: Size 3 (3.25 mm): straight, 16″ circular (cir), and 4 double-pointed (dpn). Size 5 (3.75 mm): straight. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Marker (m); removable markers; tapestry needle; size D/3 (3.25 mm) crochet hook.
