Crochet an elegant and modern scarf made from a lightweight linen yarn. The pattern is worked in a straightforward puff and fan stitch with whimsical lace borders on the short sides.

Specific Yarn Used: Quince and Co. Sparrow (100% organic linen; 168 yd [155 m]/1¾ oz [50 g]; #200 sans (tan; MC), 2 skeins; #203 nannyberry (pink; CC1) and #212 fen (brown; CC2), 1 skein each.

Hook: Size B/1 (2.25 mm). Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.

Notions: Yarn needle.

Gauge: 2 patt reps = 2½ ” wide and 8 rows = 2″ main patt, blocked.
