You’ll have blue skies every day in this Rocky Mountain cardigan.

Description

A mountain vista is worked in stranded knitting around the body on a backdrop of single-color stockinette. The embroidered details are added later. The sweater is finished with ribbed buttonbands, a shawl collar, and generous folded-back cuffs. To make the stranded knitting easier, she used a steek for the front opening. Read more about steeking in the Winter 2006 issue of Interweave Knits.
