Blue Moon Shawl Crochet Pattern Download

Description

This shawl/scarf is definitely one of my favorite designs to create. It features my new method of crocheting large cables plus as easy-to-learn lace cluster that I think you will come to love as well. Working with the kettle-dyed wool was an added special treat! You’ll want a few of these in different colors to highlight your fall and winter wardrobes or give as a gift for that special friend!

Skill Level: Intermediate

Yarn: Fingering (#1) weight. Shown here: Malabrigo Sock (100% superwash merino wool; 440 yd [402 m]/100 g): #806 Impressionist Sky, 2 hanks.

Hooks: Size G/6 (4 mm). Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain gauge.

Notions: Yarn needle.

Finished Size: 50″ × 12″ (127 × 30.5 cm).

Gauge: 7 lace clusters = 3″ (7.5 cm), approx. 17 rows = 4″ (10 cm).
