Transform a flat piece of metal into something dimensional with the use of fold-forming. This collar highlights the folds and the shape that metal takes when hammered.

Finished Size: Main piece is approximately 1″ x 6″ plus length of chain.
Required Materials:

  • 18-gauge copper blank, 1″ x 6″
  • 22-gauge copper wire, 8″
  • 3mm copper rollo chain, 18″
  • Czech glass beads, 2
  • Copper small oval jump rings, 4
  • Toggle clasp

Tools: Micro torch, flameproof surface, quench bowl, chain-nose pliers, bench block, nylon hammer, swiss riveting hammer, metal file, steel brush, liver of sulfur, pro polish pad, 2-hole punch
