Backshore Pullover Knitting Pattern Download

Description

The Fresnel lens, used to light historic lighthouses, inspired the yoke of the Backshore Pullover. The body and sleeves are worked in the round from the bottom up and then the pieces are joined for working the circular yoke.

SPECIFIC YARN USED Rauma Garn Tumi (50% wool, 50% alpaca; 142 yd 130 m/1¾ oz 50 g): #I647 Light Blue (MC), 9 (10, 11, 12, 13) balls; #785 Deep Teal (A), #6396 Deep Blue (B), and #961 Mountain Green (C), 1 ball each. Yarn distributed by The Yarn Guys.
NEEDLES SIZES 3 (3.25 mm) and 4 (3.5 mm): 24” and 32” circular (cir) and set of double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct guage.
NOTIONS Marker (m); stitch holders; tapestry needle.
GAUGE 25 sts and 33 rnds = 4” in St st on larger needle.
