Description

An unusual cable adorns a wide, redesigned Peter Pan collar.

Finished Size: 36 (40 ¼, 44 ¼, 47, 52 ¾)” bust circumference, buttoned. Cardigan shown measures 40 ¼”, modeled with 7 ¼” of positive ease.
Yarn: Harrisville Designs New England Highland (100% wool; 200 yd [183 m]/ 3 ½ oz [100 g]): #84 lime, 7 (7, 8, 8, 9) skeins.
Needles: Size 6 (4 mm): 16” and 32” circulars (cir) and set of double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Marker (m); removable m; cable needle (cn); stitch holders; waste yarn for provisional CO; tapestry needle; five 1 1/8” buttons’ 1 small snap.
Gauge: 19 sts and 26 rows = 4” in St st.
