Description

Juxtaposing ribbing and garter stitch creates uneven row gauges and a pointed hem in this clever, must-have sweater.


Finished Size: 31 1/2 (35, 39, 42 1/2, 45 1/2)” bust circumference (see Notes). Pullover shown measures 31 1/2″, modeled with 1/2″ of negative ease.
Yarn: Yarn Rowan Pure Wool Wor-sted (100% superwash wool; 219 yd [200 m]/3 1/2 oz [100 g]): #135 papaya, 7 (8, 9, 10, 11) balls. Yarn distributed by Westminster Fibers.
Yarn Weight: #4- Medium
Needles: Needles Size 8 (5 mm). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Notions Stitch holder; size D/3 (3.25 mm) crochet hook; tapestry needle.
Gauge: Gauge 26 sts and 23 rows = 4″ in k1, p1 rib, relaxed; 16 sts and 34 rows = 4″ in garter st.
