Description

Use modular and short-row knitting to make this slouchy, lightweight hat. Perfect for cool spring weather, this hat works up quickly with each side mirroring the other.

Finished Size: 17½ (19, 20½)” circumference and 8¾ (9, 9¼)” high. Hat shown measures 19”.


Specific Yarn Used: Fyberspates Vivacious 4ply (100% superwash Merino wool; 399 yd 365 m/3½ oz 100 g): #607 Deep Aqua, 1 skein.


Needles Size: 2 (2.75 mm): 32” circular (cir). Adjust needle size if necessary, to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions: Markers (m); removable m or safety pin; tapestry needle.


Gauge: 28 sts and 63 rows = 4” in garter st.
