The Alongshore Cardigan is both sturdy and drapey— a great layering piece for the fall and winter. The body of this cardigan is worked back and forth from side to side, and the sleeves are worked separately back and forth from the cuff up.

FINISHED SIZE 20 (21¾, 22¾, 23¼, 24¼)“ back width at underarm. Cardigan shown measures 21¾” on model with 34” bust.
SPECIFIC YARN Used Blue Sky Fibers Woolstok (100% fine highland wool; 370 yd 338 m/5¼ oz 150 g): #1302L Gravel Road, 8 (9, 9, 9, 10) skeins.
NEEDLES SIZE 6 (4 mm) and 7 (4.5 mm): 32” circular (cir). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct GAUGE.
NOTIONS Markers (m); stitch holders; tapestry needle.
GAUGE 25 sts and 34 rows = 4” in Diagonal Scallop st on smaller needle.
