I'm a member. How can I access Interweave+?
There are a couple of ways to access Interweave+
- Make sure you are logged in and then click here to go to Interweave+.
- If you have a membership, once you log in on Interweave you will be taken to a Members Welcome page that has a button link to Interweave+.
- Click the “Go to Interweave+” button in the header.
Can I share what I make on social media?
Absolutely! We love to see what our members are making. Additionally you can upload your progress photos to the “Project Discussion” tab present on each project page where other people working on that project will see and be able to comment!
Or to see all discussions, go to the community page.
I have a question about a specific project - where can I ask it?
Each Interweave+ project page has a “Project Discussion” tab where you can ask, answer, and otherwise share information with others working on the same project as you. Although you can also post questions in the relevant craft community tab, this is the best place to do it.
You can easily join these discussions from the My Projects link on Interweave+ by clicking “Join the Discussion”.
Each product page also has the option to “Join the Discussion” that will take you right there.


I'm having trouble downloading a project.
Project download time depends on your internet speed and can take a couple of minutes. If a download is taking more than 3 minutes, you will be taken to a confirmation page. Click the link there to restart the download to your device.
If you are still experiencing issues, you will need to check your popup and download settings on your browser. Some popup blockers can prevent downloading, you will need to navigate to your browsers setting and allow popups for https://www.interweave.com/

Membership Terms
How long can I access Interweave+ once I cancel my membership?
If cancelled with a refund, your access will be removed instantly.
If only the upcoming renewal is cancelled, your access will expire when your current membership runs out.
If I cancel my membership will I still have access to my downloaded projects and saved projects?
Unfortunately, no. These are perks only available on Interweave+ members, so if you choose to cancel your membership you will lose access to your previously downloaded projects as well as your tab of “Saved Projects”.
Any projects you have already downloaded will remain as files on the device you downloaded them to, but you will no longer have access to community discussions related to these, your progress bars, or the “My Downloads” tab on your profile.
You will still have access to the patterns/projects you saved to your device but will no longer have access from your Interweave+ account.
Can I save a project to my computer or mobile device?
Yes. If you are a member, each download is saved to the device you are on as a PDF file.

Can I share project downloads with others?
You can work on the downloaded projects or patterns with whomever you like but you cannot send, transfer, or copy projects or patterns for someone else’s use. You can, however, tell friends on social media about your projects. When on a project page, click on the social share icons to share information about it.
Will my membership automatically renew?
Your subscription will renew automatically, or you can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Yearly subscriptions will renew in 12 months at the current price. Membership must be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds, including partial refunds, are not granted if you cancel your order more than 7 days from the transaction date.

How is Interweave+ different from other crafting membership sites?
Interweave+ provides you with access to thousands of downloadable patterns and projects so you can work on the projects you want when you want. All you need is a device with an internet connection.
The moment you become a member, you gain access to our entire library of digital magazine archives with years’ worth of projects, tips, and tricks from pros.
Do I get access to patterns and projects with this membership?
While not all Interweave patterns and projects are included, due to rights restrictions, you will find over 8,000 downloadable patterns and projects to choose from in Interweave+.
How many projects can I download each month?
We may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Site and/or any Service, including the number of pattern or project downloads. When a user is greatly exceeding the typical quantity of pattern or project downloads needed for personal use, on average more than one project per day in a 30 day period, we reserve the right to slow or restrict the number of downloads on the account.
Which magazines are included in Interweave+?
You can find over 10 years of magazine issues from Interweave Knits, Interweave Crochet, Lapidary Journal Jewelry Artist, and Beadwork.
Can I interact directly with the project designers?
Designers cannot be contacted directly through Interweave+ — but you can ask questions via “Join the Discussion” button and “Project Discussion” tabs found on the project pages or in the particular craft community pages. There you will have access to thousands of other members who can help answer and inspire you in your efforts.
You can tag users in these discussions using the @ sign followed by their username.

How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel with a refund, please contact customer service within 7 days of the purchase or renewal date.

How do I access Interweave+ once I am a member?
When you join Interweave+ you’ll create a login for the site. Just log in and hit the Interweave+ button in the top right corner of the screen to be taken to your account.
Once purchased, you will have immediate access and be provided with a link to access the members only content.
If you are already a member, click here to access Interweave+.
Payment
How much does Interweave+ cost?
Monthly membership subscription: $9.99/month, billed every month
Yearly membership subscription: $49.99, billed annually
How will billing appear on my credit card?
Charge will show as coming from Golden Peak Media.
Can I pay for Interweave+ with PayPal?
No, Interweave+ can only be purchased with a credit card that will be saved on file at the time of purchase.
Can I use gift cards or coupons to pay for Interweave+ membership?
No Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase the Interweave+ Membership.
Interweave+ Membership is excluded from additional discounts, like coupon codes, unless stated otherwise.
Interweave+ Navigation
How do I log in to the Interweave+ Members site?
When you visit Interweave.com you’ll see ‘Login/Register’ in the navigation bar. There, you can login with your membership credentials and enter the site. To access your full profile, hit the Interweave+ button in the top right corner.
What's my password?
Forgot your password? Click on the Lost your password? link located on the login page or contact customer service HERE for assistance.
How do I view digital magazine issues?
Using the navigation menu at the top of your Interweave+ account will easily take you to your digital magazines. Just hover over the menu until you ‘Digital Magazines’ then click to access the archive.
How do I save a pattern I want to work on at another time?

What are the heart icons on projects? What does this do?
The heart icons on the projects allow you to save it for later. When you love it, it automatically saves to “My Projects” which is accessible from the header as well as your profile. There, you can access all projects you’ve saved and show others in the community what you are loving.
How do I download a project/pattern?
If you want to re-download a project/pattern, you can easily see what you have already downloaded or saved in the “My Projects” > “My Downloads” tab of your profile. You can also easily join in the project discussions from here.


How do I use the project search feature?
When you are logged into your Interweave+ account, you’ll easily be able to search through all our patterns and projects. Simply type what you are looking for in the search bar and start browsing what you love!
