Orders

Order Status and Tracking

Orders typically take between 2-4 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email that contains your tracking number, if available. You can also find your tracking number by clicking on the order # on your My Orders page. Tracking is not provided for orders shipped via USPS International Shipping.

Change or Cancel My Order

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. Please make sure to double check that your shipping and billing information is correct as well as the quantity of items before submitting your order.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards, as well as PayPal, Interweave Gift Cards, and Electronic Checks. Your account will be charged at the time of purchase. All purchases are processed in USD.

Taxes

Purchasing Digital Products

Digital products are provided immediately upon purchase in your Interweave account. You have unlimited life-time access to the product, and can view/download your items following the instructions here.

Free ground shipping for orders over $50 to the United States

We offer Free Ground Shipping for all orders over $50 to the 50 states and the District of Columbia. The minimum order value must be $50 before taxes, shipping and handling.

Shipping estimates do not account for 2-4 business days for processing.

Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. We are not responsible for shipping errors or failure to deliver on time caused by the shipping company. Please remember that delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays.

Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are decided by your country, and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.

Workshop and Kit of the Month Subscriptions

Subscription Products, such as Workshop Subscriptions and Kit of the Month Subscriptions, renew automatically based on their Subscription Term (typically Monthly or Annually). To cancel a Subscription log into your customer account and go to My Subscriptions. You will see a list of all your Subscription products. Click Edit and then Suspend to cancel your subscription and all future automatic renewals.

If you’d like to update the credit card associated with your Workshop Subscriptions or Kit of the Month Subscription you may do so in My Account. Log into your customer account and go to My Subscriptions. You will see a list of all your Subscription products. Click Edit and then select a different Payment Method to associate with your Subscription. If you need to add a new Payment Method you can do so under My Payment Data.

Digital Products

Available Formats

eBooks – Come in PDF format and are accessible through the My Downloadable Products section of your account

Patterns/Projects – Come in PDF format and are accessible through the My Downloadable Products section of your account

Videos – Come in MP4 format and are accessible through the My Downloadable Products section of your account

Courses – Viewable only online and can be accessed through the My Courses section of your account

Streaming Videos – Viewable only online and can be accessed through the My Courses section of your account

Accessing Digital Purchases

To access and save your eBooks, Patterns/Projects, or Videos please follow these instructions:

1) Go to www.Interweave.com

2) Click on “Sign Up/Sign In” at the top right corner

3) Sign in with your email and password

4) Click “Welcome, (your name)!” in the upper right corner

5) On the left side of the screen click on “My Downloadable Products”

6) Underneath the Product title will be the download link, click the link to view the PDF or Video

7) To save your purchases to your computer please do the following:

*PC Users: Right click on the download link, select “Save Link As” (Firefox, Chrome) or “Save Target As” (Internet Explorer)
*MAC Users: Hold the Ctrl button while clicking on the download link and select the option “Download Linked File As” (Safari)

8) Save the download(s) to your “Desktop,” “My documents” or other favorite folder. Click “Save”

To view your Course or Streaming Video please follow these instructions:

1) Go to www.Interweave.com

2) Click on “Sign Up/Sign In” at the top right corner

3) Sign in with your email and password

4) Click “Welcome, (your name)!” in the upper right corner

5) On the left side of the screen click on “My Courses”

6) Click Go to Course next to the title of the course you purchased*

7) This will take you to the courses dashboard where you can view and watch all purchased courses

8) Click Start Watching next to your selected title

*First time users will be required to verify their email address and first and last name.

Video Downloads for iPad/iPhone

Apple exclusively allows videos to be directly downloaded from the iTunes iPad App to the iPad. Our downloads will be streamed using a Quicktime web application and will not be saved to the iPad.

PDF Downloads for iPad/iPhone

Here are basic instructions to download and save PDFs to your iPad:

1) Go to www.Interweave.com
2) Tap on “My Account” on the top right hand corner
3) Sign in with your email and password
4) Tap on “My Downloadable Products” on the left hand side.
5) Select the download by using the touch screen to tap on the link beneath the product title.
6) Using the touch screen, tap the screen anywhere on the downloaded PDF document. This will bring up a tool bar listing the PDF title.
7) Select “Open in iBooks” or select “Open in …” for other saving options. It will automatically save into iBooks.

Coupon Codes

All coupon codes are case sensitive. Only one coupon code can be applied per order and promotions cannot be combined. Coupon codes are one time use only, and cannot be applied to previous purchases. Some items are not eligible for discounts; these include, but are not limited to: Kits, Bundles, Collections, Third Party Items, Drop Ship Products, New Releases, and Subscriptions. Other exclusions may apply; see the original promotion for specific details.

Price Adjustment Policy

Interweave will provide a one-time price adjustment for purchases made on our website within 30 days of the original order date if the identical item is discounted at the time of the customer’s request. The difference in price will be refunded to the original payment method.

Price adjustments of less than $5.00 will be provided a discount coupon for future purchases in lieu of a monetary refund.

Request must be made via email at http://www.interweave.com/contact-us/ and include the 1) original order number, and 2) specific information about the sale being requested (including the coupon code where applicable). The request must be made while the sale is in effect (this will be defined on the website or any promotions for the sale).

NOTE that standard exclusions apply: Discounts do not apply to new releases, iTunes purchases, third-party items, pre-orders, back-orders, magazine subscriptions, auto-ship programs, kits/bundles, and ultimate collections.

Magazine Subscriptions

New subscribers, who wish to receive the current newsstand issue of a magazine, should purchase that issue individually as the subscription will start with the upcoming newsstand issue. Please note, the first issue of your subscription may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive (international customers, please add an additional 2 weeks for shipping times).

If you no longer wish to receive our promotional emails or weekly newsletters, simply scroll to the bottom of any Interweave newsletter and click Unsubscribe or Manage Subscriptions.
